Our client is a specialist provider to the electrical goods Industry to both Members and Consumers. They are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to support their existing administration team due to recent business growth.
Previous administrative experience and strong administrative skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to work as part of a small team and provide support to other areas when required.
This role will report directly in to the Office Manager in the first instance. FULL TIME: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities include:
-Answering and directing phone calls
-To undertake the administration associated with processing Retracare policies
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
-Act as a first point of contact for Retracare members in response to policy queries
-Deal with enquiries from policy holders (consumers)
-Deal with incoming and outgoing mail
-Process claim enquiries when required
-General Ad-hoc administrative duties
-Assist the Administration Supervisor and / or Office Manager with any other tasks as required
What we???re looking for:
-Proven experience as an Administration Assistant in an office environment is essential
-Strong attention to detail as well as excellent analytical and numerical skills
-Confident self-starter as this role will require someone to hit the ground running
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook in particular)
-Problem solving skills
-Flexible and able to adapt to change as this is a fast moving and growing organisation
-Experience of working to tight time lines without losing sight of priorities
