Mitchells & Butlers are now offering a Level 2 in Professional Cookery. This apprenticeship offers both 30 hours per week paid work in a business local to your home, along with classroom lessons, enrichment activities and in-business training.
Suitable to those between school leaving age and 23 that do not hold a qualification above Level 3.
