Senior Software Engineer - PHP - Manchester City Centre

- Application development, mainly in OO PHP
- Getting involved in technical discussions and sharing subject matter expertise
- Building new features with consideration for testability and extensibility
- Sharing knowledge internally and externally via internal discussions / presentations and technical blog posting
- Constantly pushing your back-end development abilities

Requirements:

- Commercial e-commerce development experience
- A passion for PHP development
- A solid understanding of OO programming concepts.
- Good knowledge of SQL

Strongly Preferred:

- MySQL
- XML
- HTML
- JavaScript
- AJAX
- CSS
- Linux and/or UNIX

A developed understanding of website and interface aesthetics would also be an advantage.
