Trade Centre / Store Manager

Countrywide Farmers has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Centre / Store Manager to join their team in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The role is a full time, permanent position working 38.5 per week which may include working alternate weekends and some bank holidays.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Manager ideally with a trade centre or agricultural retail background, at our Market Harborough store.

Market Harborough is one of our popular and busy B2B stores, which supplies our large client base in the Leicestershire area. The focus is fully on our clients, key accounts, as well as managing all store aspects and staff.

As an experienced Retail Manager you will be responsible for delivering the financial objectives for the store and developing a team that provides outstanding customer service and excellent retail standards, maintaining correct levels of stock availability and ensuring compliance with current legislation.

To become the successful Trade Centre / Store Manager you will be an enthusiastic, hard working and 'hands on' person who has the ability to really drive our stores forward. You must have a desire to provide outstanding customer service and be able to motivate, lead and engage others around you.

Retail management experience is essential along with the willingness to complete the AMTRA qualification. Our Trade Centre / Store Manager must be business focused, results driven, energetic and have a real passion for what you do. An empathy with the rural community and an AMTRA qualified candidate is desirable.
