Electronics Assembly Technician

An Electronics Assembly Technician is required to join a small, lively technology-based company specialising in the development and manufacture of pioneering scientific and medical devices. Located in new offices at Milton Park, they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electronics Assembly Technician.

The candidate

As an experienced assembly technician in the electronics/electro-mechanics industry, your role will be to assist in the manufacture, assembly, test and calibration of a broad range of manufactured electronic and electro-mechanical instrumentation according to documented instructions and quality procedures.

Key will be your soldering ability and fault-finding skills, hands-on approach, problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Naturally, you will be computer literate, self-motivated, committed able to operate within a small team, possess excellent communication skills and thrive under pressure with the minimum of supervision. Experience of working within a formal quality system is desirable.
