C+E Driver (Class 1) - Gloucester

We are looking to directly employ an experienced Class 1 driver and and experienced Class 2 driver to work with our Transport department out of our satellite depot in Gloucester covering the South West area. Draw-Bar experience would be an advantage, and the ability to routinely stay away from home at least two nights a week is essential.

The role involves delivery of our rigid kitchen range nationwide in our modern fleet of delivery vehicles.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering company product nationwide.
• Prepare the products in the vehicle for offload.
• Maintaining a high standard of work.
• Maintaining legal requirements.

In order to be successful in this C+E Driver (Class 1) role you must have:

• A full driving licence with the required vocational entitlement.
• No more than 3 points on your driving licence.
• A valid DCPC.
• Good verbal communication skills.

C+E Driver (Class 1)- You will be:

• Of smart appearance as the position is customer facing.
• Prepared to spend nights away from home on a regular basis.
• Able to lift average sized kitchen, bedroom and bathroom units.
• Willing to train within the transport department.
