Planning and Reporting Specialist

The Specialist will assist the Planning and Reporting Manager in preparing the Auditor General for Wales and Wales Audit Office’s Annual Plan, Interim Report, Annual Report and Accounts, Strategic Equality Plan and annual Equality Reports.

The Specialist will also lead on the co-ordination and management of Auditor General correspondence, preparation of quarterly performance reports for consideration by Management Committee and the Board, and on the ongoing maintenance and development of our risk management arrangements.

In addition, the Specialist will provide technical support to facilitate the maintenance and improvement of business processes, including workforce planning.

Salary: £36,629-£45,106 (Salary on appointment is at the minimum of the range)

Bydd yr Arbenigwr yn rhoi cymorth i’r Rheolwr Cynllunio ac Adrodd i baratoi Cynllun Blynyddol yr Archwilydd Cyffredinol a Swyddfa Archwilio Cymru, yn ogystal â’r Adroddiad Interim, yr Adroddiad Blynyddol a’r Cyfrifon, y Cynllun Cydraddoldeb Strategol ac Adroddiadau Cydraddoldeb blynyddol.

Bydd yr Arbenigwr hefyd yn arwain ar y gwaith o gydlynu a rheoli gohebiaeth yr Archwilydd Cyffredinol, paratoi adroddiadau perfformiad chwarterol i’w hystyried gan y Pwyllgor Rheoli a’r Bwrdd, yn ogystal â’r gwaith parhaus o gynnal a datblygu ein trefniadau rheoli risg.

Hefyd, bydd yr Arbenigwr yn rhoi cymorth technegol i hwyluso’r gwaith o gynnal a gwella prosesau’r busnes, gan gynnwys cynllunio’r gweithlu.
