Toucan Recruitment are now seeking an experience HR Manager to join a well established and growing facilities management organisation based in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar post with a strong generalist HR background, having worked extensively on employee related issues, performance management, payroll with a very "hands on" approach. The HR Manager will have excellent organisational and communication skills to communicate with over 250 employees within the organisation and in return will be offered a competitive package with salary being negotiable depending on experience.
Hours of work : Monday - Friday 9-5pm
The Role
* Responsible for providing strategic HR Support to the business
* Coaching and advising their employees to be pro- active with all processes
* Dealing with employee relations, recruitment, training and development as well as performance management.
* Carrying out payroll duties
* Ad hoc administration duties
* Assisting Managers on any HR related queries within the organisation
Essential Skills Required
* Must have previous HR Experience
* Must be able to use own initiative and work independently
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Must be empathetic
* Must be I.T Literate
* Ability to manage the needs for a large remote workforce and be able to be up to date with best HR practice for the benefit of the business.
Desirable Skills
* Previously worked as HR Advisor for a Facilities management organisation
