Training Co-ordinator
Currently seeking a Training Co-ordinator to to design, develop, implement, co-ordinate, and facilitate training activity across the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all associate training and development activity across all roles across the business.
* Ensure operational training matrices are completed and updated.
* Launch associate appraisal scheme across the business ensuring this is appropriate trained and timescales adhered to.
* Introduce a formal associate 'buddy system' to ensure that associates are effectively welcomed into the company with a support system available.
* Carry out new joiner inductions and enhance and develop the programme material as required.
* Create training needs template and assess training needs for new and existing associates.
* Liaise with Department Managers to understand individual associate training needs.
* Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
* Organise, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs which are aligned with role descriptions.
* Liaise with internal experts in subject matter regarding internal training design.
* Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
* Liaise with associates to promote training opportunities.
* Map out training plans for individual associates.
* Present training programs at all levels.
* Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training & on-the-job coaching.
* Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
* Track and report on training outcomes
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience of working within a training & development function.
* Understands the legal perspective of training & development.
* Full and Clean UK driving licence
* Positive attitude, proactive approach & professional image is essential at all times.
* Must be confident to deal with people at all levels, both internally & externally
