Estimators and Quantity Surveyor

Our client has an exciting opportunity for Estimators and Quality Surveyors of different levels to join their team based in London.

Job Title: Estimators & QS – Fit Out

Location: London

Salary: £30K - £85K + bonuses and benefits

Our client is a leading provider of complete interior fit out solutions to the Leisure, Commercial and Educational markets covering high-end, bespoke projects ranging anywhere in value to up to £15M.  Due to expansion of the business, predominantly down to organic growth and repeat business, the organisation is now looking making multiple additions to the Commercial department at a variety of levels.

The business is still under private ownership and retains a lot of the values that single the business out as valuing its employees as individuals rather than relating to its staff as “one of a number”.  The business is sizeable, currently turning over in the region of £45M-£50M and Head Office is based over in the Wiltshire area. 

Estimator / QS – The role:

- You will be expected to get to the office once every week, spending the remainder of your time working from home or attending client meetings with the Contract team/MD

- The business has a fantastic staff retention rate and although you will be expected to work autonomously, you will have the full backing of the other team members should you require assistance

- Remuneration and progression opportunities with the business are excellent and you will be given the opportunity to work on a diverse variety of bespoke projects
