- Full clean driving license is essential
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Competent working alone or as part of a team
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
- Punctual
- Qualified Panasonic engineer (KX-NS700/NS1000 and KX-TEA308) is preferable however experience with other systems will be advantageous
- Knowledge of Vodafone One Net and Gamma Horizon VoIP
- Knowledge of fixed and wireless networking
- Knowledge of system add-on (door-entry, PA system integration)
- Knowledge of CAT5 and CAT6 Cabling solutions
- Knowledge of AV/CCTV installations would be advantageous
- Ability to fault find networks and PSTN/ISDN lines
- System design, installation, maintenance and User Training experience
