CDS Recruitment Limited are working with our client who are looking to recruit an Experienced Engineering Manager with an Electrical background or 16th Edition on a permanent basis.
Primarily based in an FMCG Manufacturing environment on the factory floor, the company production line has three main areas with varying degrees of automation. Occasionally can be hot or cool depending on activity and/or geography and may be wet and humid
Working closely with Production manager and operational team, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the following:-
Health & Safety: Maintain a safe workplace for all employee
Quality: Ensure required quality standards are met
Costs: Control costs within area of responsibility
People: Maintain and improve all aspects of team performance
Dealing with Customers, suppliers and contractors externally
" Essential Requirements:-
Previous FMCG experience essential
An Engineering Degree or HND standard of education is desirable
A good standard of both written and oral English.
Basic Health and Safety
Data and analytical skills
Computer literacy
16th Edition - Electrical
An understanding of SAP
