At Office Care, we have dedicated account managers to look after our clients.
With more companies coming to Office Care for their cleaning, comes another expansion of our account management team.
You do not need to have previous account management experience. We have a team of experts for you to shadow and learn from, before taking on your own clients.
However, to be our next account manager, you will already be;
- KEEN TO LEARNMOBILE - 80% of the role involves visiting clients
- SELF ORGANISED & PROACTIVE
- CALM & LOGICAL - be able to think on your feet in a busy ever-changing environment
- COMPUTER SAVVY - inc Sharepoint & Microsoft Office
- .and above all, possess
- FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE skills; face-to-face and over the phone.
Salary: Up to GBP22,000 per year
Locations: Based at head office on Pride Park, Derby.
Coverage: Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Doncaster, Stafford..
Pool car available, Macbook and phone also provided
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Flexibility required as calls/ site visits may need to be taken out of hours.
