Our client have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their team based in Watford.

Job Title: Sales Executive – Software Sales

Location: Watford

Salary: £55K OTE + Benefits

Our client is a market leading brand in the provision of specialist software, used for financial of software solutions into professional services (legal, accountancy etc.) industries who have recently undergone a period of rapid growth which has led to the creation of a new position.

Sales Executive – The role:

You will be based from Head Office near Watford, your role being initially telephone based, with the view to growing a number of existing or lapsed accounts through regular contact and client relationship development.

The business has undergone rapid growth over the last couple of years, doubling turnover to £7.5M and head count from 40 to 80.  The Owner of the organisation views this role as vital to the further commercial growth of the business and is keen to provide a staggered development programme to the successful applicant to further career prospects.

The business operates a fantastic, inclusive working culture and you will be provided with a full induction programme and coaching.  You will be working as part of a team, liaising directly with the Field Sales Managers and Sales Director to ensure that the organisation harbours exceptionally strong relationships with their target client base.

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to act as a contact hub, being first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure strong relationships

- Be comfortable in a proactive account management role, seeking to form new relationships and grow client portfolio

- Be able to ensure the CRM system is kept updated with defined target measures

Sales Executive – The Candidate:

- You will have a minimum of 12 months experience selling software solutions into any sector and be comfortable operating in a proactive account management role

- Experience working in a new business capacity within a software environment would be highly desirable

- You will have worked as a Telesales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, New Business Manager, New Business Executive, Sales Manager or similar
