We are currently recruiting for an exciting and varied role, working onsite as a Recruitment/Account Manager. The successful individual will be able to balance being the company face of the business with a hands on approach to ensure the deliveryof the highest service.

What are you likely to be involved in?

- This role involves high relationship! You will be developing strong professional relationships with both employees and the client.
- No day is the same but you can expect to oversee the management and ensure services are being supplied.
- This role is predominately site based.
- You will meet with Managers/Shift Managers/Supervisors conducting performance reviews.
- Booking of labour
- Recruitment
- Attending team briefs
- Monitoring performance daily and weekly, address any issues and rewarding successes.
- Onsite appraisals
- Monitoring of absence
- Completion of management reports

Skills & Experience required:

- Previous experience within a similar role recruitment/account management/onsite recruitment role will be required
- A history of delivering high customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- A multi tasker
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written are required
- Able to use Microsoft office
- Flexibility with regards to the hours of work - the operation is 24/7 and therefore whilst the majority of your duties will be performed during the day some evening and night shifts will need to be attended. We can consider candidates who are seeking both part time and full time.
