I am currently looking to recruit a Project/ Programme Manager - Customer Fulfilment Centre Design & Implementation to join my client based in Hertfordshire.

They are now looking for Project/ Programme Managers to help drive the implementation of the next generation UK Customer Fulfilment Centres from concept through to completion.
Core Responsibilities - Working in the Site Implementation team to:
- Contribute into and drive sign-off of the overall CFC design, including the change management process
- Act as the customer of the build - managing the costs, timescales and specification of the project
- Own the overall programme budget, challenging and agreeing workstream costs
- Manage the preparation and achievement of Programme Milestones
- Keep workstreams aligned and informed with progress
- Support site testing, go-live and ramp-up phases
Project Governance - Working in the Site Implementation team to:
- Manage project reporting, including: Status, Actions, Risks & Issues
- Prepare Board Papers to gain sign-off for investment business cases
- Maintain and monitor progress against the Ocado Project Methodology
- Report on site safety performance from site occupancy through to go-live
What are we looking for?
A proven project/ programme manager with experience in:
- Delivery of significant/ complex capital programmes
- Planning, Cost management and Reporting to a high standard
- Engineering, Construction or Logistics sectors preferred
- Senior stakeholder management
Key attributes:
- A highly analytical and logical approach to work
- Effective communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with all levels of a business
- Self-motivated and innovative
- Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to maintain good working relationships, both internally & externally and deliver through others
Ability to plan & prioritise workload, ensuring deadlines are met
