Our client provides proven next day delivery services for mail, parcels and 2-Man deliveries to both residential and business addresses.
They are now seeking a De-Brief Clerks for their site in Swanley, Kent.
Full time permanent working
PM Shift:
13:00 - 23:00
Tuesday to Saturday, 45 hours per week
Salary: GBP21,060
Job Role:
To support the Shift Manager in completion of daily Courier pre-briefs to ensure high standards of Customer service and courier compliance with all operational processes.
- Daily completion of Courier pre-brief/de-brief ensuring any service issues/failures are logged & communicated to Customer services.
- Ensuring all courier non-compliances are investigated & escalated accordingly.
- Use of the Courier dashboard to remotely monitor courier performance.
- Completion of Ad-hoc Customer pre-briefs as & when required.
- Daily pre-brief/de-bri of Courier handheld scanners ensuring any faults are reported.
- Ensure Monitoring is taken to monitoring area.
- All freight returns are coded correctly.
- Completion of Ad-hoc vehicle audits.
- POD & address data entry.
- Taking incoming phone calls from other Service Centres - general enquiries
- Any relevant duties/projects as designated by the SM.
Experience:
- A good standard of education.
- Operation & product knowledge
- Experience in transport solutions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
