My client a Global Blue Chip is seeking to appoint a Business Engagement and Change Lead, who will lead on the next phase of the P2P Transformation Programme in its 'Embed and Grow" stage, helping to maximise the benefits of P2P improvements delivered to date through behavioural change.
You will provide direct support to the P2P Global Process Owner (GPO) in helping to transition towards the new P2P GPO organisation. The Lead will define the P2P GPO Change approach and manage the change portfolio in context of the P2P GPO Portfolio Framework.
Responsibilities include:
GPO Level:
?? Work with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, define and operationalise the P2P GPO change management approach
?? Work with P2P PMO/ Portfolio Lead to support planning, reporting and analysis across the GPO process.
?? Manage Change Managers/ Analysts to ensure all change principles and requirements are aligned to the P2P Portfolio Management Framework, including impact, resource and financial elements
?? Support 2017/2018 P2P GPO programme governance schedule
P2P Programme Level:
Work with P2P central team and markets to ensure the consistent delivery of the P2P Experience Transformation overall roadmap (i.e. global engagement/delivery plan, change impact assessments, change action plans, business readiness assessments, creating and delivering P2P forum briefings, etc.)
Working across teams to carry out local change activities; reporting progress against plan and managing risks and issues, and integrating with other in-market and above market transformation programmes
Managing relationships with the various groups across all markets to ensure engagement/change is implemented consistently across the business, including ownership, facilitation and management of the deployment forums
Leading on key programme level projects - (i.e. Workday 1.1, business benefits, VOC, Support Model Pilot, Buying Guide, TOM mapping)
Responsible for all end user communications - communicating the key elements of the change in a simple, compelling way.
Creation of core engagement/change management materials with P2P/ CERPS comms managers to be cascaded within implementation markets
Helping to ensure P2P Experience Transformation solutions being successfully embedded for the long-term, ensuring the implementation markets have the resources and appropriate skills to support, as well as manage and embed the solutions effectively
Ensuring knowledge transfer and sharing best practice between implementation markets
Feedback lessons learnt to the core P2P Experience Transformation team and support the continuous improvements of successful deployments
Project Level:
Work closely with Business/ Projects Leads to ensure leaders are regularly engaged and the stakeholders and end users are ready, willing and able to adopt and comply with new P2P system improvements, policies, processes, procedures and ways-of-working
Work with Leads in the creation and execution of a market stakeholder engagement and deployments plans;
Work with Business/ Projects Leads to create and execute of a detailed change impact assessment and change action plans
Facilitate the execution of the business readiness assessments, supporting the Business/ Project Leads with the analysis of the results and planning/executing the mitigating actions
Support the Business/ Project Leads with process adoption post go-live
Communications:
* Lead on all P2P related communications - working closely with Global Comms Directors for sign off and approval.
* Work with Business/ Project Leads to oversee and ensure end user communications is fit for purpose yet compelling to help gain understanding and buy in
* Integrate the broader P2P Programme level view to ensure alignment across engagement and comms
* Ensure communications is implemented via close coordination with the relevant/ local communications teams including creation of appropriate communication materials, channels and events.
Training:
* Support the Business/ Project Leads with completion of the Training Needs Analysis and subsequent planning to ensure the sufficient training materials are available to deliver end-user training
* Support the Business/ Project Leads in identifying appropriate requirements for localisation and/or translation of foundation training materials
* Support the Business/ Project Leads to use the output of the role-mapping to develop an end-user training schedule
* Support the Business/ Project Leads in aligning the P2P Experience Transformation training requirements with the CERPS training plan, as well as all other training initiatives
Skills and qualifications
?? A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
?? Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
?? Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
?? Problem solving and root cause identification skills
?? Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
?? Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
