Offering pioneering security solutions across the globe, Securitas specialises in ensuring customers’ safety, protection and peace of mind. We are now looking for a Security Officer to join our team in Swansea. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most high-profile & respected brands in the UK. This is primarily a security role, but also demands exemplary customer service skills. 

Securitas are redefining the way Security Officers are looked at within the security sector, therefore we require individuals who are able to engage with customers throughout their shift whilst remaining alert to security issues. 

We expect successful applicants to be able to effectively integrate into the Operations team within the high profile company whilst also becoming the main point of contact for all security matters. You must be confident, articulate & able to communicate well both written and verbally. 

You will need to have an SIA Security licence and be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided. 

To be considered, you must have: 

- An SIA security licence 
- Excellent customer service 
- Good IT skills 
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
