Our company client is a high profile General Insurance business who are currently looking to appoint a driven and innovative Compliance Advisory Manager to join their thriving team based in London. The organisation is going through a period of significant growth and success therefore they created this brand new role who will have considerable exposure to the wider Group and will offer independent Compliance Advice and Guidance whilst providing significant 2nd line challenge and push back to senior management. This is an exciting opportunity for career progression.
Main duties will cover:
* Manage the delivery of Compliance advice and guidance on new projects, propositions and products ensuring that fair customer outcomes is adhered to at all times
* Support in the design and implementation of the Risk & Compliance framework that has a proactive and practical approach to regulatory risk mitigation. This includes horizon scanning and regulatory reporting
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with Group functions and the CRO teams. This will be achieved by providing efficient conduct feedback on the effectiveness of the Conduct appetite.
Role Requirements:
* You will need General Insurance experience
* Ability to influence at a senior level.
