Fire & Flood Restoration Technician
A leading global expert within property damage control.
Full and intensive training will be delivered for the duties of this role.
You will be a "hands on" maintenance operative, handy person, fabric technician seeking a new opportunity.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS clearance
You will need to be living in the HP postcode area or on the borders.
To provide the best solution to all water, fire & accidental damage within residential sites.
To ensure that the Company equipment and services are delivered to the customer in a friendly and efficient way establishing strong relationships with customers.
Attending all new jobs allocated by dispatch
Ensuring Company and quality procedures are adhered (Simplicity, Health & Safety, Quality Procedures)
Carry out surveys and apply solution techniques as required
Prepare equipment for use and ensure instruments used are calibrated
Liaise with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders etc
Reviewing and making recommendations for new methods and techniques with Team Manager sharing knowledge and experience
Ensure van is equipped, clean and serviced
Update 'live jobs' on a weekly basis
Ensure own, and others, health and safety
Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs
