Eastwood Park has an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Team Leader / Manager to join their team based in Wotton-under-Edge, Bristol. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of circa £30,000 per annum.

We are seeking to appoint a Curriculum Team Leader / Manager experienced in managing and developing degree programmes, within a Higher Education setting.

You will have experience of managing the full teaching cycle from initial assessment to programme/learner evaluation, able to support, coach and guide others with design and delivery of degree programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all activities connected with the development, delivery, assessment, QA and evaluation of Eastwood Park’s Higher Education programmes.

Summary of Responsibilities of our Curriculum Team Leader / Manager: 

- Responsible for the management of all activities connected with the development, delivery, assessment, QA and evaluation of Eastwood Park’s Higher Education programmes. 

- Connect and build a rapport with a range of stakeholders and respond appropriately to their needs.

- Ensure positive student learning experiences, through the Management and co-ordination of residential study weekends and online learning, enabling successful outcomes to students’ studies.

- Working with internal colleagues and University’s faculty colleagues.

Experience and Qualifications needed to become our Curriculum Team Leader / Manager:

- Experience of managing and developing learning programmes, including assessments and assignments

- Experience of managing full teaching cycle from initial assessment to programme/learner evaluation

- Experience of supporting, coaching, guiding others with design and delivery of learning programmes

- Experience of planning and scheduling delivery (or timetabling) for different cohorts across a number of programmes

- Experience of supporting students throughout their learning experience, providing information, advice and guidance

- Proven ability to take on and deliver projects, to work on own initiative on projects independently, but also to work as part of a team on projects

- Experience of implementing, managing and maintaining administration systems

- Experience of working to tight deadlines and multi-tasking whilst working under pressure, still ensuring attention to detail

- Experience in monitoring and reporting on budget performance.

- Experience of managing, attending and communicating group meetings with a range of stakeholders

- Computer literate in word, excel, power point and outlook

The desirable candidate will have a relevant HE qualification, experience working with Moodle or other VLE’s, experience working with work-based/vocational students and with design and delivery of blended learning.
