About the Company: Our client is a well-established business in the local area to Castle Donnington and looking for Administration Assistant.

Key Responsibilities: You will work within a small office environment, joining a team of 6. The role will be to help and advise customers with regards to spares and accessory queries and to process sales for those items.

- Receiving requests, and following up enquiries
- Quoting for parts and quoting lead times from manufacturers
- Interrogating databases for supplier information
- Sales order processing
- Liaising with Technical support to find solutions for customers
- Liaising with service department to process orders with engineers
- Returns processing

About you: Must be professional, courteous and presentable at all times. Must be disciplined and work systematically.You should some understanding of working within a customer service environment and have an interest in resolving customer's technical requests. Must be able to liaise with all levels of personnel in the business and form business relationships with customers. Must be able to communicate to a high standard by both email and telephone.Literacy and numeracy are a pre requisite as will communication skills. Should have good typing accuracy and speed. Must have the ability to use own initiative to create resolutions to disputes, formulate answers to enquiries and must have excellent customer service skills.The individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs. Experience of Sage packages desirable though not essential.

What's in it for you? This is a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 9am - -5pm. Salary GBP16,000 p/a with 20 days holiday and company pension scheme
