Our client are a rapidly growing company employing over 800 staff in over 20 countries and a turnover of more than $500 million. Winners of numerous awards a recognised as a market leader in their field.

They are looking to add an Administrator to their business to help support the global marketing function and to ensure the timely and accurate support of their activities. You will work from their brand new offices. This supportive role will give you the chance to join a genuinely exciting company with a relaxed and professional environment.

You will need to be excellent with time management, organisation, multitasking, communication and attention to detail to be considered in this role. You will need to have 12+ months experience within an administration / sales support position. Experience in IT is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities - Administrator
* To support the deployment and management of all marketing activities through admin support
* Maintain and support existing relationships with partners and act as a single point of contact for their teams
* Meet assigned targets to enter marketing plan activities for profitable sales volume
* Manage key administrative activities to deadlines, making sure the execution is correct and timely
* Work closely with the Partner Alliance Director, Chief Marketing Officer, local country Sales representatives and all marketing owners ensuring consistent communication
* Support the management and understanding of all partner programs
* Support the creation of vendor business & marketing plans
* Any other adhoc duties as required.

Experience Needed - Administrator
* Experience within an administration or sales support role
* Commercially aware with an interest of knowledge in the technology industry.
* Enthusiastic and possess strong organisation and communication skills.
* Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail is a must.
* Experience in using and managing a system
* Highly organised with strong time management skills along with the ability to prioritise workload.
* The ability to work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.
