Demi Chef / Chef de Partie

Eastwood Park has an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef / Chef de Partie to join their team based in Wotton-under-Edge, Bristol. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £18,000 – £20,000 per annum dependent on experience.

This position is based in Wotton-under-Edge just off the M5 (J14), around a 25 minute drive from central Bristol.  We are looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef / Chef de Partie, passionate about food and committed to customer service. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in producing a variety of menus. Your working hours will be 45 per week working 5/7.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of our Demi Chef / Chef de Partie:

- Food preparation and presentation in accordance with requirements.

- Ensure that the dishes are produced to the required standard of quality and presentation.

- Be responsible for the requisitioning and control of all stock.

- Assist with the preparation of food for special functions.

You will have experience working in a busy kitchen, catering for daily training delegates, conferences, private functions and weddings, preferably within a hotel/ conference environment and have relevant qualifications.
