Digital Fundraising Executive (Interim to Permanent) 
Nr Cambridge OR London (with travel to our client’s site near Cambridge 2 – 3 days per week) 
£160 per day (or £30,000 per annum once permanent) Plus Travel Expenses (if based in London)

Our client is a leading charitable organisation. They’re currently looking for a Digital Fundraising Executive to join them on an interim contract, before joining the team on a permanent basis, based in London or at their head office near Cambridge.

As a Digital Fundraising Executive, you’ll create and implement a wide range of digital marketing and communication initiatives to increase and retain our client’s base of supporters. 

Joining a passionate and hard-working team, you’ll help to grow and develop relationships with supporters to grow long term value and maximise sustainable voluntary net income. 

You’ll strive to maximise high quality traffic to the website using a range of techniques, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media and email marketing. 

Acting as the digital champion, your other activities will involve: 

- Leading all Google AdWords activity 
- Promoting the work of the Digital Team 
- Ensuring best practice across all digital channels 
- Tracking and analysing digital initiatives 
- Identifying ways to further enhance future campaigns 

To be considered, you must have: 

- A proven track record of B2C digital marketing or fundraising 
- An excellent understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing and Google Analytics 
- A good understanding of web technologies, trends, processes and best practice and be comfortable using HTML and CSS 
- A strong understanding of using social media channels (organic and paid), particularly Facebook and Twitter, to meet fundraising objectives 

Keen as mustard and passionate about all things digital, as a Digital Fundraising Executive, you must have excellent communication skills and a creative mind-set. 

Ideally, you’ll have some exposure to the voluntary sector, but this is by no means essential. A degree level qualification or an equivalent business or marketing qualification would also be advantageous.
