Site Supervisor - Plastering / Dry Lining / Cladding 
Location: Fareham 
Salary £25,000 to £38,000 + Car Allowance + 25 days Holiday 
 
A respected busy Interior and Exterior sub contractor based in Fareham is searching for a Site Supervisor. 

The Site Supervisor works as part of the operations team and will be on the ground each day to manage the performance and safety of subcontractors on site. 

They are also responsible for day-to-day success of the site, including briefing subcontractors, interacting with the main contractor and monitoring health & safety. 
 
Main duties: 
Supervise all subcontractors on site. 
Plan & organise the day to day workload of each sub-contractor. 
Check and audit the quality of work by subcontractors, and take measures of complete work. 
Ensure all health & safety procedures are in place and being followed, and audit the health & safety performance of subcontractors to ensure compliance. 
Liaise with the main contractors site management team to resolve any issues. 
Receiving deliveries and ensuring our materials are stored correctly. 
Responsible for general housekeeping of any part of the site handed to during work, and before being handed back to the main contractor. 
 
Key capabilities: 
CSCS card 
Full driving license 
Experience managing subcontractors 
Drylining experience highly desirable
