Contracts Assistant/Estimator

AJ Floorcraft & Coatings are looking for a

Contracts Assistant/Estimator.

To join their busy flooring and decorating team, works to include:

• Quantification of materials from drawings/surveys
• Preparation of tenders/quotations
• Procurement of materials
• Scheduling of works and labour
• Site visits and surveys
• Generally assisting the Contracts Managers

Candidates should have:

• A full driving licence
• Level C minimum in maths
• Customer facing/communication skills
• A good level of literacy
• To be self motivated and enthusiastic
• Experience within the building trade would be very beneficial, but not essential
• Salary negotiable, depending on experience
