Leopold Muller Care Home is based in Twerton, Bath within Action on Hearing Loss Poolemead and provides nursing and residential care to people who are deaf and deaf blind with additional complex care needs. The age range of those we support is varied and we can provide for younger as well as older people who need nursing care/support.

Within this location we also have six Registered Care Homes for 36 people, Outreach and Community services for people living in the wider community, South West Independent Living services and Educational/Occupational Services.

This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to utilise their skills to make a difference to the lives of 20+ adults who are deaf or have a hearing loss, with many having additional complex disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience of being a manager, in nursing or someone who is looking for that next step. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of running a business alongside regulation expectations under CQC and NMC. You should also be able to demonstrate good leadership and you will be expected to develop specialist communication skills, such as British Sign Language. In return, you will have the chance to develop your own career and build life-changing relationships with the people we support.
