The Congregational Federation is a voluntary association of independent local churches across England, Scotland and Wales, and has the following vacancy at its Nottingham base:

Part-time Administrator

21 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday

£10.13 per hour

We currently have a significant opportunity to join our Christian charitable organisation as one of two Administrators working in a varied and interesting environment.

Your duties will include general administration, reception, diary management, database handling and the servicing of various meetings. Additionally, you will screen telephone calls, deal with enquiries, take care of website management and much more.

To succeed, you will need to be willing to be part of a team, and have proven experience of secretarial and support work in an office environment. You will also need evidence of tact and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
