You will be working for...

We optimise marketing activities by adding value to customer and prospect communications, online and offline. We work with our customers on the planning, creation and delivery of their marketing communications.

In this role, you will...

- Create graphics and images required for documents
- Create and maintain an asset library
- Monitor the sending of production email campaigns
- Carry out quality checks on finished work
- Complete text amends to existing document templates
- Deal with housekeeping
- Test and check work
- Assist Document Composition Team Leader as necessary
- Develop an understanding of the impact of the work we carry out on customers and clients
- Develop an understanding of our customer and clients demands
- Deal with general administrative duties relating to the apprentice scheme
- Complete training and projects to time and to the appropriate standard
- Support the introduction and implementation of new products and changes to existing products into the Production environment
- Support change control for Production & client service team
- Be supporting multiple environments/ platforms in relation to live work processing onto print queues, reporting issues
- Controlling & Promoting resources pertaining to live & development environments across multiple clients/ platforms
- Maintain System Integrity / Administration processes
- Maintain documentation for Procedures
- Take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager
- Develop understanding of the impact of the work we carry out on customers and clients
- Develop an understanding of our customer and clients demands

The ideal candidate will be...

- Able to meet the entry requirements of the NVQ course, and to attend and undertake the studying and coursework required to complete the course
- Able to communicate both written and orally, good attention to detail and to present information clearly and concisely
- Able and willing to follow instruction and learn new tasks
- Able to work flexibly as part of a team
- Willing to learn and to take responsibility for their own development
- Willing to organise own workload
- Able to attend work at the required times
- Committed to completing the apprenticeship
- Someone with 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

Other Important Information...

The hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week
