Our managed services team are based from our offices in St Ives and our data centre facilities in Huntingdon and Northampton and provides a focused range of hosted and cloud services through our extensive portfolio, specifically designed to help customers align their IT functions to their core business requirements.

The IT Service Delivery Manager Opportunity:

We are now recruiting for a dynamic Service Delivery Manager to join our busy and growing team, working closely with clients to dully understand their needs and align their requirements to our service provision. This will involve an amount of incident management and either taking care of it yourself or escalating it to the appropriate team. You will have great communication skills and will want to provide the best service to your client base. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an IT Managed Services, Outsourcing or Cloud Service Provider, ideally in a Service Delivery role.

IT Service Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities:

+ Responsibility for establishing strong working relationships, understand business direction, impending changes and ensuring the customer leverages value from our services and capabilities
+ Responsibility for developing and maintaining appropriate service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external customers
+ Build strong and productive relationships with key business stakeholders and ensure the services provided are of a high standard
+ Oversee the presentation of services to customers while making sure the service levels are effective
+ Network with clients to determine and evaluate their business needs with the aim of setting priorities

IT Service Delivery Manager Required Skills and Experience:

+ Previous experience working within an IT Managed Services, Outsourcing or Cloud Service Provider, ideally in a Service Delivery role
+ Exposure to Operational Service Management in an IT infrastructure or Hosted Service Environment
+ Experience of service reporting and service management task administration
+ Understanding SLAs and measurement techniques
+ Strong client focus with the ability to operate at prime customer contact level typically at senior manager/director level
+ An excellent and able communicator with experience and aptitude for managing stakeholder relationships
+ Strong development focus - advocate for developing employees, teams and the business
+ Systems and IT literate
+ Ability to develop existing customers in line with the company’s product catalogue

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire. 
Hours: Full Time 8.30am to 5.00pm / Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + Car Allowance (Depending on experience & skills) 
Start date: ASAP
Other: Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Must have own transport to get between sites and current driving license.
