My client is a leader in the supply of laboratory equipment utilised by the life sciences and healthcare markets. They operate at the forefront of technology and provide a wide range of innovative systems to the medical and laboratory sectors. Due to on-going expansion, they now seek to recruit a customer focused and technically motivated Field Service Engineer.
The Role - Laboratory Field Service Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical)
Working from home, the successful candidate will install, service and repair 'cutting edge' laboratory equipment and systems at hospitals, universities and research institutions, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
Your Background - Laboratory Field Service Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical)
You will have three years experience working in a customer facing field service or technical support role. Applications are encouraged from Field Service Engineers from a wide range of electro-mechanical capital equipment sectors, including medical device, laboratory device, scientific, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, ex-forces or high value electrical / mechanical capital equipment environments. Full product training will be provided, so whatever your background in field service and customer support, your application will be considered.
Any experience of working on sterilisation, water treatment, disinfection, autoclaves, reverse osmosis systems, laminar flow cabinets, clean air systems or bio-safety cabinets would be advantageous.
