Who we are:

We are leading software service provider to progressive student housing and residential property companies in the UK and internationally. We are looking for a new consultant to join our Implementation team, providing training for a comprehensive understanding of the software services and implementation process.

The Implementation Consultant Opportunity:

You will work closely with project managers and our clients helping to manage deliverables and their expectations throughout the project. Every day will provide new challenges as you help clients adopt new ways of working in an online environment. You will acquire the skills and the expertise required to help us provide excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities include:

+ Set-up and configure software for the client Demonstrating software to client throughout the implementation phase 
+ Coordination of client and third party resources to prevent bottlenecks and be on hand to help them throughout the implementation phase 
+ Manage and coordinate tasks according to client implementation project plan and to help ensure target dates are met 
+ Documenting agreed functionality and processes – often directing change for the clients 
+ Quality control before software is delivered to the client 
+ Coordinating, testing, mapping and preparing data schemas as necessary for import of data from other applications 
+ Manage go live expectations and produce progress reports to both clients and the wider team 
+ Train client “super users” on the application and to update/provide user guides as appropriate


About You:

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and gain experience whilst working in a creative environment on interesting projects. Applicants should be educated to an undergraduate level and should ideally have at least two years’ experience in a similar IT or real estate focused environment.

+ Good communication in a multicultural environment including presenting business processes and change management 
+ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build a quick rapport and trust with new and existing customers
+ Highly organised at all times.
