Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Location: Holbeach
Salary: 30k - 35k Depending upon skills and experience
About the Company:
A local Food Manufacturing Company is looking for you an experienced Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
Purpose of Role - Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Your job will be to review the manufacturing environment and see what improvements can be made across waste, time management and business flow.
Analyse Manufacturing Data.
You will then create a report for the senior management team to review and implement, with your assistance the changes that you have recommended.
Candidate requirements - Continuous Improvement Coordinator
You MUST come from the Manufacturing Industry as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. You will also have the following skills, qualifications & experience:

Ideally hold a recognised LEAN or Continuous Improvements Qualification
- Ideally be a minimum of a Six Sigma Green belt trained
- Experience of business improvements
- Ideally come from the food manufacturing industry but not essential
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge, skills and experience whilst being mentored by the General Manager.
