We have an incredible opportunity for an conveyancing legal secretary to join one of Shropshire's leading law firms; this respective and innovative firm will give the successful candidate an opportunity to show case their abilities, they will have the chance to grow and progress in this constantly expanding law firm.

The ideal candidate would need experience in a similar role.

Your duties would include:

Dealing with telephone enquiries and diary management.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage companies, management companies and landlords.
Drafting up legal documents such as contracts, terms and conditions, transfers, leases and deeds of variations.
Audio typing, taking minutes, completing forms on behalf of the company, and chasing up solicitors.
General administrative duties such as, archiving, and maintaining a tidy working environment.

The successful candidate will need to have strong organisational and time management skills, ability to touch type, exceptional communication skills, outstanding telephone technique and the proficiency to work in a face paced environment.
