Due to growth, their client currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Contact Centre Sales Manager. They are looking for a great motivator who can lead the warranty sales team to meet and exceed sales and quality targets; ensuring that key financial, operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved.

As a Contact Centre Sales Manager you will be required to:

  • Continually review and monitor sales performance of 3 Team Managers and 50 FTE against agreed KPIs; instigating appropriate corrective action and using performance management tools to manage any shortfall.
  • Apply a process of continuous review and proactive management of absenteeism and attrition for all direct and indirect reports within the team, ensuring return to work and exit interviews are completed within expected timescales. Ensure any feedback for corrective action is acted upon from a training and support perspective.
  • Undertake formal performance review meetings with direct reports and ensure advisor, review meetings are audited and objectives are linked to business KPIs.
  • Create and maintain an environment of recognition and rewarded for outstanding achievements. A culture of enjoyable, fun yet professional is the desired ethos.
  • Drive the culture of sales ambition, set the agenda, always pushing for more.
  • Facilitate a culture of open and honest communication; ensuring key messages are cascaded to all team members, encouraging feedback, the sharing of ideas and best practice.
  • Maintain an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork, where Advisors are committed, loyal and take pride in working for the company; ensure actions from employee satisfaction survey are implemented and continuously reviewed.
  • Coach, develop and motivate direct and indirect reports by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job, together with opportunities for skills expansion and career development.
  • Ensure that all team members comply fully with the security policies and requirements of the them and its clients; ensuring staff are given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary circa £30,000 with an OTE salary package of £42,000 with uncapped bonus potential for over achievement. Great standard working hours, 37½ hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm)
