Position: Sales Operations Manager
Salary: £175 per day
Location: London
Our company client is a well respected leading business who are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and results driven Sales Operations Manager for their thriving team based in London.This is a unique opportunity to join a widely respected brand in a period of fast paced change.
Background required for this role:
* At least 2 years of customer service experience within a supply chain function focusing on sales order processing, invoicing and customer returns
* Minimum of 3 years supply chain operational experience within a customer-centric brand driven business.
* Demonstrable success of running the day to day operations with a 3PL and being first point of contact.
* Sage 50 experience essential.
Personal attributes and competencies required:
* Ability to communicate and influence across a cross-section of disciplines and staff levels.
* Meticulous attention to detail
* KPI driven, results focussed, the drive and determination to get things done.
* Intellectually astute, ability to solve complex problems.
* Not afraid to talk to other departments
* Resilient, self-starter.
* Excellent communication, written and spoken.
* Commercial acumen to understand the financial impact of decisions taken and impact on end customer.
* Ability to manage and deliver to deadlines.
* Flexible, adaptable and organised. Thrives on fast paced multi-channel retailing.
* Microsoft office competence and comfortable with Excel vlookups and pivots tables.
* Demonstrable affinity with the Omorovicza brand.
