Are you a passionate and caring Teaching Assistant?. Do you have experience of working with children with SEN?. Do you have a patient personality and the ability to communicate on different levels?

This school is looking for an experienced teaching to work on a 1-2-1 basis with a child with additional needs. Experience in ASD and behavioural difficulties is very important. This role is to start asap in a Sheffield school and will be full time.

  • helping with schoolwork under the supervision of the teacher
  • preparing learning materials
  • help pupils to develop their self-confidence, independence and abilities
  • supporting children during social activities and outings
  • helping children during therapy sessions
  • giving information and help to teachers
  • keeping records
