Customer Service Apprentice

Direct Packaging Solutions is a privately owned company with three sites within the group who is looking to expand their internal team located in Stockport.

We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice with good communication skills to learn all aspects within our business environment.

You will be supported and work alongside our existing customer service team and will :

Have a good work ethic and be keen to learn to become become a valued member of the team.

Be computer literate although training will be given on our system.

Be confident on the phone as you will be dealing with customers enquiries and purchase orders with suppliers.

Be willing to learn and contribute to take advantage of the opportunity.
