The company provides a specialist service, dedicated to assisting Claims Administrators, Insurers and Intermediaries enhance their clients’ protection. You will join this experienced and passionate team to earn a salary of £17,000 plus a generous annual bonus.
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to support our Fee Earners, by providing efficient and effective customer administration. You will be trained to use the companies leading edge systems, supported by best practice policies and procedures, all of which underpin the company’s strong customer ethos.
The successful Administrative Assistant will have recent (within past 2 years), demonstrable experience of holding an administrative role within a professional office environment. In addition, you will also possess the following skills and experience;

The successful Administrative Assistant will have recent (within past 2 years), demonstrable experience of holding an administrative role within a professional office environment. In addition, you will also possess the following skills and experience;
- Possess a good level of basic education including GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above
- Demonstrable and exceptional administration skills either through a qualification and/or experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal gained within a customer care or professional office environment
- Customer orientated with evidence of commercial awareness
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Conscientious & hard-working with a proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Able to multitask and manage own workload to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and driven by motivating others to achieve
- Excellent organisation skills with good attention to detail
- Reliable and excellent timekeeper with a confident and professional manner
