Site Manager

One of the fastest growing private house builders in the UK is looking for experienced site managers to join their successful and ever expanding team specialising in the development of houses throughout the North West. The position will be site based in North Cheshire.

Duties to include:

- Managing and co-ordinating all sub-contractors on site
- Ensuring compliance with all H+S regulations and guidelines
- Ensuring programme of works and key deadlines are met
- Assisting the QS in the procurement of sub-contractors, materials, plant, etc
- Carrying out regular quality checks and ensuring a high level of workmanship at all times
- Liaising with Building control, Warranty providers and other external consultants/advisers

Requirements:

- Experience in managing new build private residential developments.
- Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of housebuilding
- Commercial awareness
- Disciplined and diligent with a positive outlook

Salary Circa £ 40,000 Plus company car & performance bonus
