You may have seen our Direct Sales Force agents in a variety of venues including supermarkets, fairs, and on high streets.
Our agents sell our award winning Breakdown Membership and a number of bolt on Breakdown Extra products, to members of the public.
Every day is a fresh challenge -You`ll interact with people in different venues in all types of weather, utilising working patterns which maximise your sales and fit around life. Personality, perseverance, strong work ethic, and determination, will drive your success.
As part of our Direct Sales Force you`ll be self-employed with an agency agreement - you will earn market leading, premium commission per sale (80%) on Breakdown Membership and (33%) on our Breakdown Extra products, an average Breakdown Membership is £112.
You will need to be motivated and have the passion, commitment and drive to be successful against adversity.
You will have strong sales and customer service skills and love working with the general public.
-We will provide an RAC marketing tool kit.
-Training provided.
-Car and driving licence needed.
People from a variety backgrounds have made a success of their agency, previous Sales experience is an advantage, however if you can demonstrate the determination to achieve results we would love to hear from you.

You will be confident in getting members of the general public to stop to talk to you, you will connect with people easily, presenting our products professionally and closing sales within FCA guidelines.
