Are you interested in working as a Rehabilitation Care Assistant (RCA) supporting residents in their own environment? The Short Term Support and Rehab (STR&R) service provides this unique service on behalf of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council. We are looking for RCA’s to deliver both care and rehabilitation across the borough.

You will provide personal care, assistance with transfers, manual handling and mobility support, supervise clients whilst they complete a set rehabilitation programme and encourage independence in activities of daily living (ADL). We will ensure that you are trained to deliver the care and rehabilitation needed. You will be supervised by our co-ordinators and will be part of our RCA team. These posts form part of our care rota, so it is essential that you can work either a shift pattern including the weekends and bank holidays, or just weekends.
