Graduate Business Development Representative
Location: Watford
Salary: GBP25,000 (GBP30k OTE)

With close to 3 decades of experience as an industry leader in Software implementation, our client enjoys a close partnership with Google. They`re looking for ambitious graduates to maintain the rapid pace of their growth!
The successful candidate will receive direct exposure to the team of Directors and will have the opportunity to shadow senior sales to business meetings. With the continuous training on offer, you`ll assume more and more responsibility. Initially compiling your own business pipeline and qualifying your own leads, once fully versed in the company`s product/service offering you`ll deliver client Webexes and Demonstrations. After shadowing senior sales professionals and getting a grasp on how meetings are run, you`ll manage these meetings independently, following up, negotiating and closing deals on the back of them!

The Role:
- Strategically identify, profile and qualify new business leads, performing client outreach
- Interact with key decision makers in order to secure business meetings
- Deliver client Webexes and Demonstrations
- Attend meetings, shadowing senior sales professionals so that you can run them independently
- Follow up on these meetings, negotiating and closing deals
