Receptionist – Part Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for friendly and enthusiastic Receptionists to join our established team in our Newbury Vets4Pets practice. The successful candidate will ideally possess previous reception and customer service experience, and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and customer care.​

Our Receptionist needs to have excellent customer care skill. Must be friendly, welcoming and willing to make our clients and their pets feel valued. Must be willing to apply and learn as there is the possibility of training courses for a candidate who really wants to excel. Basic IT skill would be useful and an enthusiasm for pets of all shapes and sizes is necessary as there will be a lot of contact with animals in reception. Somebody who is willing to be part of a team and do what needs to be done to ensure the whole practice runs smoothly. An interest in engaging with our clients and the community would be great e.g. attending dog shows, making up reception displays etc.

The role is part time of 9-11 per week this will include evenings and weekends.
