We are recruiting for an experienced Assessor to work for a training provider working on the delivery of a Warehousing, Storage and Employability qualifications up to level 2..You will offer motivation, coaching and regular support to the learners throughout the programme. You will be planning and delivering effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs and will be responsible for reviewing and adopting training and assessment methods where necessary. Planning and implementing a wide variety of training methods to inspire, develop and expand an individual's potential Delivery of course materials to the agreed standards requirements.The successful candidate will hold the relevant Assessor award/ qualification (A1, TAQA, D31 and D32 or equivalent) and hold experience of working in a similar post.The successful candidate must have a background in Warehousing and Storage / Logistics.Ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skillsIf this role sounds of interest to you, please apply at your earliest convenience.
