The Role:
The role of a Business Development Manager requires the ability to drive new business revenues through the acquisition and servicing of new customers in need of Commercial Vehicle Lease and Hire services. You will self-generate leads, building rapport with clients to demonstrating a key understanding of all services and contracts on offer. Communicating both by phone and face to face you will be an effective communicator with a wide range of decision makers. You will be travelling around your assigned territory to meet with clients, pitching the product and ensuring successful relationships are built.
The Candidate:
The new Business Development Manager should be a highly motivated and an ambitious individual with experience selling Commercial Vehicle Lease and Hire. The individual needs to have a proven track record of sales achievement, with extensive experience dealing with both SME and Corporate Clients. You must also be a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic candidate with a high level of self-motivation and tenacity, able to work autonomously and achieve set targets on a regular basis.
The Package:
This role as a Business Development Manager is offering a basic salary of GBP30,000 and a realistic OTE of GBP60,000 with a Company Car, Laptop and Phone with an attractive commission structure.
