Salary: £22,000 Per annum + Training 

Bull Products is an independently owned manufacturer and importer of life-saving products for the construction industry. Our core range of innovative products includes fire protection, fall arrest equipment, environmental products and first aid solutions.

This role involves Working in a highly-motivated team in the Bull Products service department. This is a high pressured environment organising the day to day running of fire alarm and fire extinguisher engineers and delivery drivers. The candidate will be required to have competence in the following tasks.

• Telephone communication with customers booking in service jobs and taking service related calls (potentially 50+ calls per day)
• IT skills required, for data entry into online service schedule and ERP system
• Service Schedule managing: Maintain and up-date
• Coordinating service engineers work
• Responsible for getting service tickets from engineers (time limited)
• Taking information from service ticket and raising quotation
• Liaising with Buyers and Procurement teams to raise orders for impromptu on site issues
• Invoicing using company computer system ERP.
• Using initiative to check that all above information is accurate, attention to detail is a necessity.
• Aware of additional client requirements. (High information retention skills)
• Liaising successfully between service and sales teams to update on company turnover
• Ability to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Bull Products is an extremely energetic and enthusiastic place to work with a full team of 50 personnel. We understand the need of training our teams in order to fulfil their role successfully but do require personnel with experience in the role as described above.

The role on offer will be suited to somebody wanting to take on additional responsibility and the potential to progress in the company. We are offering a salary of 22k per annum with a view to increasing this further.
