Salary of GBP22,000 - GBP26,000 per annum depending on experience

Our client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company dealing with high end vehicle wrapping provision.

What you will need to succeed:-

To be successful it is essential that you have previous administration experience in an office based role. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal and strong IT skills. You will be a highly-organised individual who is diligent and has the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

The Role will include but is not limited to:-

* Dealing with clients on the phone and in person, being a professional representative of the company.* Responding to emails, answering queries, dealing with issues that arise.* Invoicing and chasing incoming payments, including outstanding debt.* Booking in work; including being able to reschedule work at short notice, planning contingencies to deal with last minute cancellations or additions to the diary.* Following up on quotations, promoting the company in a professional manner, to help facilitate as many bookings from quotations as possible.* Proactively thinking ahead, looking at the diary to establish if the company is sufficiently busy or over-stretched in the coming days and weeks ahead, then taking relevant action.* Assisting with absence management for the team.

The Person:-

* Experienced administrator who is used to working within a busy office environment.* GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent), further education an advantage.* Flexible and enthusiastic self-starter who can multi-task and prioritise effectively.* Strong IT Skills with proven experience of using Microsoft Office applications.* Able to work alone as well as being a team player, depending on the demands of the situation.* Impeccable attention to detail* Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills, ability to work under pressure and to deadlines including dealing with difficult and stressful situations.* Possess the ability to communicate with persons of all levels whether face to face or on the telephone, as well as the ability to respond professionally and autonomously to all incoming email correspondence.* Ability to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm.* Be flexible and willing to assist with a wide range of tasks.
